How to set up your Nutshell integration with Parallax
1. Click on "Settings" in your left-hand navigation bar, then click "Integrations."
2. Click "Connect to Nutshell." You will be presented with three fields to fill out - Instance, Email Address and API Key.
3. To get your Nutshell Instance, log into Nutshell and visit Settings > Integrations. Here under the WordPress Integration, you will find your Nutshell Instance ID.
4. To create an API Key, within Nutshell visit Settings > API Keys, and use the "Add API Key" option to create an API Key for Parallax to use. Once you've done this, Click on the API Key.
5. You will want to copy the key in the API Key field.
6. Return to Parallax and use this info, along with the Email Address associated with your Nutshell Profile to fill in the appropriate fields and Click "Next" to connect.
7. As a final Step, you'll be asked to select which Pipelines from Nutshell should be brought into Parallax to create Projects, then select Sync & Save to pull them in.
Your Nutshell Integration is now connected - Deals created in the Included Pipelines and Stages will now be automatically created as Projects in Parallax!

How does Deal Confidence work with Parallax?
Parallax is designed to treat Deal Confidence as an aspect of the Milestone/Stage. This means that each Milestone/Stage must have default Confidence level applied to it*. The Default Confidence level for each Deal in Parallax will be treated as the same as the Default Confidence level of the Milestone/Stage they are in.**
*Parallax Tip - What happens if a Milestone/Stage has no Default Confidence level?
If a Milestone/Stage has no Default Confidence level, then Parallax will not be able to import the Milestone/Stage or any of the Deals in that Milestone/Stage. Those Deals would not appear in Parallax until a Default Confidence level is added to the Milestone/Stage and Nutshell is synced with Parallax at Settings > Integrations.
**Parallax Tip - What if the Confidence applied to a Deal contradicts the Milestone/Stage's Default Confidence?
Because Parallax does not treat Confidence as an aspect of a Deal, Parallax will ignore any Confidence that is applied to the Deal itself - only the Default Confidence of the Milestone/Stage applies within Parallax.
