We get asked a lot from customers on where the cool photo avatars come from in Parallax so this guide will hopefully point you in the direction of origination!
Parallax does not offer a way to save photo avatars for Employee's or their Profile.
Photo's, if shown, will come in from the Timesheet integration or CRM integration during setup and integration connections depending on which came first.
If only a Letter or gray head image is shown, this means that the individual does not have a photo available at their CRM or Timesheet side in their profile to pull into Parallax.
Changes to a photo can only be done at the site of origin (CRM or Timesheet) and is not something Parallax will have access to outside of the data image provided from that origin location.
