Setting up your timesheet integration is critical to pulling in the actual hours worked by People to populate the actuals in Parallax. This article is all about setting up your Integration with Replicon.
Overview
Unlike some of our other Integrations, Replicon has some unique set up steps that requires hands-on assistance from the Parallax team. We will work with you directly to get your Replicon integration up and running. If you have challenges after you're already set up and running, let us know here.
Project
The Replicon Project is the Service offering within Parallax.
Time
The time entered into Replicon will map to any spot within Parallax that a project has Actual Hours or the Denominator within the shaper views.

Please note that any time adjustments prior to two weeks from present date will not be processed by Parallax due to Replicon restrictions so if adjustments are needed, feel free to reach out to the Contact Support link to request time adjustments whenever needed.
Client Name
In Parallax, you will see the Client name listed in the Active Projects Listing section.


Time Keeping:
Tracking time in Replicon will pull into the Parallax project each timesheet is connected to at the project level. It's important to note that any changes made to timesheets further than two weeks back from present date, Parallax will not ingest those changes so additional assistance would be needed by the PX team using the Contact Support link.
Important: The email associated with Replicon will need to have Admin Permissions when connecting to Parallax. Should that email change or be archived, a new Admin User Email will need to be used to disconnect and reconnect the Integration. If the email is changed or Archived due to employee departure or the permission level for that user be changed to less than Admin, the data will discontinue to flow as intended.
