Overview

As previously stated, assignments view is a culmination of Parallax's planning capabilities. With great power comes great responsibility. Within the Assignments view by Projects, one has the ability to view each project's allocations and actuals, see who is assigned to each project, and edit each project's allocations.

What you can do in Assignments View by Projects

Allocations: 

Within each project, you can drop down to see how People's hours are being spent in relation to that specific project.

Editing allocations

You can switch to Edit Mode to change the hours allocated to each person assigned to the Project.

Editing Notes or Tags

By hovering over a Project or Role, you can edit Tags and Notes applied to the Project/Person.
