Overview
The assignment's view is a culmination of Parallax's planning capabilities. Within the Assignments View by People, one has the ability to view each Person's allocations and actuals by the projects they are assigned to AND edit each Person's allocations.

View People's Allocations
This is where you can view project plans by a Person for all project assignments.
Personal Drawer Allocations
Each Person has a drop-down that displays a breakdown of each project the Person is assigned to.
Editing Allocations
You can switch to Edit Mode to change the hours allocated to a Person.
The Capacity (red) bar or cell color will indicate when someone has reached or extended their set billable capacity goals for hours. If you have Non-Billable work (internal) than those hours assigned is not used in the calculation to determine capacity.
