We are moving away from weekly retainer effective rate calculations. Going forward, all effective rate calculations and retainer burn-down reporting will be based on a monthly structure. As part of this change, users will no longer have the option to select “weekly” as a reporting period in the UI.
Why this change:
Most customers track and report revenue on a monthly basis. Standardizing on monthly reporting simplifies the underlying logic, creates more consistent and predictable insights, and ensures alignment across all revenue views in the product.
