What's Changing?
- Available project offerings on your timesheet - to simplify the number of records that appear on your timesheet, and give you more flexibility to determine what shows on your timesheet, we have enhanced the default and search abilities.
- When you first open your timesheet for the current week, the following project offerings will appear by default:
- Any project offering where you have planned time for the week
- Any project offering where you entered time last week
- The search bar in the top left can be used to find and add the following:
PTO / Holiday time
- Any project offering you are assigned to (regardless of when the hours are planned)
Look & Feel - to improve the time entry experience, we made the following changes:
- Sticky headers and footers so you can always see the date when entering time
- Tighter spacing between records so you can see more on your timesheet at one time
- Cleaned up search, header and layout
Re-open approved timesheets (Approvals only) - if a timesheet was approved in error, or a change is needed after being approved, timesheet managers can re-open a timesheet and adjust hours.
