We're currently hard at work building out a better base of knowledge for how to use Parallax, common questions and how to avoid or resolve common mistakes. We'll be adding new articles regularly, so if you're not seeing something mentioned here in Knowledge & Support, please let us know - and be sure to check back for new articles you just might have influenced!
It's still not working!
Even with all the information in the world at your fingertips, we know sometimes it's just not working - or maybe you have an exciting suggestion about how to make Parallax even better! In that case, you can submit a ticket by selecting the green "Contact Support" button on the page you're having difficulty with, and taking a quick screenshot or video of the problem. Then, keep an eye on your emails for further updates as we investigate and reach out!
