In this Getting Parallax video we cover how to configure Parallax integrations with CRM and Time Sheets systems. A key feature of Parallax is how it integrates with CRM Systems like Hubspot and Pipedrive as well as Time Tracking tools like Harvest. Configuring these integrations is really easy, only requiring a couple button clicks - in this article we'll show you how!

Connecting Parallax to your CRM system gives us the ability to sync your stages, clients, deals, and users to Parallax. In this instance, we'll use Hubspot as the example we're connecting, but check out our Integrations articles for more info on the specific CRM you want to connect.
Important Note: Make sure you're signed in!
You will need to be signed into both Parallax and your CRM as an Admin to connect to Parallax.
To begin, go to Settings, then Integrations and click Connect to Hubspot in the upper right corner of the screen.
This will open Hubspot where you’ll be asked to choose the account you want to use. If you have more than one Hubspot account, find the one you want to use and click on the account name. Next you’ll be asked to grant access for Parallax and confirm you’re not a robot.
Once you’ve passed the robot test, you’ll be automatically redirected back to the integrations page within settings.
At this point you’ll, you can click "Edit" to see a list of available Pipelines from your CRM that can be Included/Excluded, and a dropdown menu for each Pipeline to select the Stages you want to show in Parallax.
Lastly, click the Sync Button and you’re all set. Parallax will begin pulling in all the stages, clients, deals and users from CRM.
Configuring Time Sheets Systems
Next up, let’s look at how to integrate with Time Sheets, in this case, Harvest. As with CRM, you’ll need to be signed in as an Admin to Harvest for this to work.
First, go to Settings, then Integrations to open the Integrations page. From there, click on the Connect to Harvest button on the far right side of the screen. This time Harvest will open up asking you to Parallax to access your account.
Again, select the appropriate account from the list (be sure to select ONLY ONE) and click Authorize App.
You’ll be automatically redirected back to the integrations page within settings at which point you simply want to click the sync button within the time sheet integration section to complete the integration. At this point Parallax will bring over all your billable employees from Harvest and add them to the Employees tab under settings.
And that’s it! Your CRM system and Timesheet tools are connected and ready to go.
