The Resourcing Lead Times report was created to give visibility into when delivery resources are freeing up from their current assignments. This report was missing the ability to apply any pipeline opportunities expected to close and view how those might impact availability.
This Hiring Forecast report does just that! In bringing together your planned backlog from active projects and the data in your CRM you can now visualize the demand on your capacity and see which roles might need some extra support (or where we will still have some bench).
The added flexibility included in the Hiring Forecast over the Lead Times report will help you answer questions around:
- Where should I consider hiring?
- Where am I carrying excess bench even if we close some deals?
- What would happen to my supply / demand equation if I lost certain projects?
